FIGMENT 2007 was our first annual event, held on July 8, 2007. We had hoped for 500 participants, but were thrilled that over 2,800 people came out to Governors Island for FIGMENT. FIGMENT 2007 featured several dozen participatory arts projects, and received great press.
After the 2007 event was over, we immediately began planning for 2008!
